Getting Started Guide

Follow this guide to:

  • Set up a TXW development environment on Windows
  • Get the source code
  • Build, flash, and run a sample application

Select and Update OS

Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update. Click Check for updates and install any that are available.

Install dependencies

Download and install CDK IDE

Download cdk-windows-2.24.14.zip Extract the downloed ZIP file, double click 'setup.exe', follow the install wizard and complete the installation.

Install TXW SDK

Download CDK from TXW developer website TXW81x_FPV-2.5.4.7.zip

Extract the downloed ZIP file.

Install Booster

Download Booster-1.0.0.zip

Extract the downloed ZIP file.

Setup Sample project

Open Booster.exe

Drag extracted TXW SDK directory to Booster

Select one sample from dropdwon list.

Build the Blinky Sample

Open CDK IDE

Open the top Menu, click "Project" menu,

Select "Build All" to build the sample project

Select "Clean All" to clean the project

Flash the Sample

Conenct the Development board to the TXW Debuger

Connect TXW Debuger to conputer use USB Type-C cable

Open the top Menu, click "Flash" menu, Select "Download" to flash the sample

The you'll see the LED will start to blink.
